Most people who want to build a SaaS never ship one.

Not because they lack ideas. Because they get stuck at every technical step.

🔧

You've tried to build it yourself

Spent weeks watching tutorials. Opened Cursor or Lovable once, got overwhelmed by errors, closed it and never came back.

💸

You've paid a developer

Spent thousands on an agency. Got something that mostly worked. Paid more for changes. Still not quite right. Never got any customers.

😤

You've tried to learn

Started three different coding courses. Got through the basics. Couldn't figure out how to build something real. Put it off indefinitely.

Something changed in the last 6 months.

This bootcamp couldn't have existed before. Now it can.

Six months ago, a non-technical person could not build and ship a production SaaS using AI tools. I know this because I tried. The tools were inconsistent, the errors were too hard to debug, and the results weren't production-grade.

That has changed. Genuinely and dramatically.

The new generation of AI coding tools, particularly Claude Code, can now write, debug, and deploy real production software. Not prototypes. Not demos. Real apps with databases, authentication, payments, and live URLs. I know this because I've personally shipped 5 SaaS products built this way in the last few months.

This is a narrow window. Right now, most people don't know this is possible. The founders who figure it out first will have a significant head start. In 12 months, this will be table stakes. Right now, it's an advantage.

And the skills you'll build here go far beyond your SaaS project. Claude Code, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel — these are the most important tools in the industry right now, with applications across every kind of product, business, and problem you'll ever want to solve. You're not just learning to ship one app. You're gaining a capability that changes what's possible for you permanently.

  • AI coding tools were inconsistent
  • Errors were impossible to debug without dev experience
  • Output wasn't production-grade
  • Non-technical founders needed a developer to ship
Today
  • Claude Code writes real, production-grade code
  • It finds and fixes its own bugs autonomously
  • Full stack (database, auth, payments, deploy) in one session
  • I've shipped 5 SaaS products this way. You can too.

You're not just learning to build one SaaS. You're learning the most important tools in tech right now.

The tools we teach — Claude Code, Supabase, Stripe, Vercel — are the same ones powering the world's fastest-moving startups and teams. Once you know them, you can build automations, internal tools, client projects, side businesses, your next startup. The curriculum is updated before every cohort, so you're always learning the current state of the art, not last year's playbook. As better tools emerge, we adopt them. You'll always be ahead.

There's a better way.

AI Engineers Bootcamp exists for one reason: to get you to a live, customer-ready product in 2 weeks. Small cohort of 12 people. Hands-on building sessions. A coach who was exactly where you are, non-technical, full of ideas, and desperate to ship something real.

Build with AI

Use Claude Code to write real production code. No syntax memorisation needed. You direct, the AI builds.

Ship something live

Your SaaS will be deployed at a real URL by the end of Week 1. Not a prototype. Not a demo. A live product with a real domain.

Get customers

Week 2 is focused on getting real people to see and use your product. You will leave with a public landing page, outreach you've already started, and a demo you've presented live.

Two weeks. Two outcomes.

Each week ends with a concrete milestone. No filler. No fluff.

Week 1

Build & Ship

Session 1 (Mon/Tue) — Idea to MVP
  • Validating your SaaS idea before building anything
  • Choosing the right AI tool (we use Claude Code)
  • Building your first working version with AI
  • Project structure and version control basics (Git/GitHub)
Session 2 (Wed/Thu) — Production-Ready & Live
  • Databases with Supabase: real data, real users
  • Authentication: Clerk or Supabase Auth
  • Payments: Stripe integration from day one
  • Deployment to Vercel: from localhost to a live URL
  • Custom domains and DNS
End of Week 1 outcome
Everyone has a live SaaS at a real URL, with auth, database, and payments wired up. Friday office hours for debugging and catching up.
Week 2

Ship & Grow

Session 3 (Mon/Tue) — Launch Publicly
  • Building a landing page that explains your SaaS and captures sign-ups
  • Setting up email capture and a simple onboarding sequence
  • Auditing your AI-generated code: fixing what AI got wrong
  • Monitoring, backups, and maintenance basics
Session 4 (Wed/Thu) — Get Your First Users + Demo Day
  • Finding and reaching your first users: manual outreach that actually works
  • Where to post, who to message, how to start conversations (we do it live)
  • Planning v2 based on real user feedback
  • Final demos: each person presents their live SaaS
End of Week 2 outcome
Everyone has a public landing page, an outreach plan they've started executing, and has demoed their product live. Friday office hours: final questions, next steps, and Create With community intro.

By the end of Week 2, you'll have:

A live SaaS app at a real URL
A working database with real user data
User authentication (sign up and log in)
Stripe payments integrated and working
A public landing page capturing sign-ups
An outreach plan you've already started executing
Access to a private community of 11 other SaaS founders
Lifetime access to all session recordings

The tools you'll use

Industry-standard tools used by real companies. Not toy tools for learning.

💡

What you'll need to purchase: The Claude Max plan ($100/month) for Claude Code. Everything else — Supabase, Vercel, GitHub — is free to start. You can cancel Claude Max after the bootcamp if you want, though most people don't.

Stripe
Accept payments from day one. Subscriptions, one-time, free trials.
Vercel
Deploy in seconds. Custom domain included. Global CDN out of the box.

Is this for me?

This is for you if...

You have an idea for a SaaS product but haven't been able to build it
You are non-technical or have tried to learn to code and struggled
You can commit 5 to 8 hours per week for 2 weeks
You want to understand the technology you are building on, not just use drag-and-drop
You want a small, focused group rather than a massive online course
You are an entrepreneur, freelancer, or professional with a problem worth solving

This is NOT for you if...

You want to become a professional software engineer
You are already an experienced developer
You want a passive, self-paced course you can watch on your sofa
You do not have a clear idea or problem you want to solve
You cannot commit the time during the 2-week cohort
You are looking for a guaranteed business success (we can't promise that, nobody can)

I was exactly where you are. Non-technical. Full of ideas. Desperate to ship something.

I tried to learn to code multiple times and failed. Then in 2019 I discovered no-code tools and everything changed. I went on to build 20+ SaaS products, including Yep.so which I built and sold at $750 MRR, Typoro (co-founded), and Bullet Launch which now has a 5-star rating and over 300 founders using it.

In late 2025 I started using Claude Code to build real production apps. I shipped 20 projects in 7 weeks. Not prototypes. Real apps with real infrastructure. That's when I knew AI had genuinely changed what's possible for non-technical founders.

I teach thousands of people through my Zero To Pro course and co-founded the Create With community and conference. I have been where you are. I know exactly what it feels like to have the idea but not the technical ability. This bootcamp is everything I wish had existed when I was starting out.

  • Official Claude Code instructor for 100 School bootcamp
  • Multiple-time founder from solo projects to £1m+ ARR since 2015
  • Taught hundreds of people to build SaaS products in Bubble
  • 5-star rated Bullet Launch SaaS template on Bubble marketplace
"I started your course in March and am launching with customers this week. People LOVE what we have built."
Cory B, Author and Founder
"Easily one of the highest ROI purchases I've made in my life."
Louis Pereira, Founder AudioPen
"Kieran is an absolute genius. He's making a course on how to create real actual apps that you can charge for, with real customers."
Cath Raffaele, Founder Brillup
"Kieran is an awesome teacher and coach. He is able to translate complex ideas into actionable exercises for beginners."

Frequently asked questions

None whatsoever. This bootcamp is built specifically for non-technical people. You will be using Claude Code as your AI coding partner, which means you direct the build in plain English and the AI writes the code. You will understand what the code is doing, but you won't need to write it from scratch yourself.
Plan for 5 to 8 hours per week. Each week has two 90-minute live sessions plus a 60-minute Friday office hours, and hands-on building time between sessions. The bootcamp is intensive by design: you will ship more in 2 weeks than most people do in a year, but it requires real commitment.
You should have at least a rough direction before applying. Week 1 is the idea validation workshop, so you don't need a fully formed idea, but you should have a problem or market you want to serve. If you are completely idea-less, this bootcamp is probably not the right fit right now.
A Claude Pro subscription (~$20/month) is recommended for Claude Code access. Most other tools we use have generous free tiers: Supabase, Vercel, and GitHub are all free to start. Stripe has no monthly fee (they take a small percentage per transaction). Your domain name will cost a few pounds per year. We will guide you through exactly what to set up and when.
Yes. All live sessions and office hours are recorded and uploaded to the course platform. You will have lifetime access to these recordings. That said, being present live is a big part of what makes this a bootcamp rather than a video course. You get to ask questions, share your screen, and build alongside everyone else in real time.
If the cohort doesn't reach the minimum of 6 applicants, you will receive a full refund automatically. Once the cohort opens and you have attended the first session, we cannot offer refunds as cohort spots are non-transferable. If you have any concerns, please apply and we can chat before you commit.

12 spots. One cohort. April 2026.

Stop waiting to find a developer, learn to code, or save enough for an agency. Build it yourself, with AI, in 2 weeks.
